Afternoon: Prologue
The Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles du Maroc 2025, 35rd edition, consists of a prologue and 6 legs including two marathon legs (2 days without returning to the bivouac with a night under the stars).
The Gazelles will start from ERFOUD (province of ERRACHIDIA), in southern Morocco, and finish nine days of competition later in FOUM-ZGUID (province of TATA).

After so many dreams, it's time to live. Finally.
This prologue marks the first steps in the adventure, like a foretaste of the days to come.
Today's route offers easy headings across moderate terrain that is easy to decipher on the map. There are a few sandy areas, offering the option to practice crossing or going around them.
Everything is carefully designed to provide a gradual immersion into the rally. It is an opportunity for the Gazelles to test their navigation skills, find their bearings, perfect their process, and refine their driving skills. The bivouac will never be far away, its position always within reach… if visibility permits!
The prologue gives rise to an initial ranking that is used only to determine the starting order for the next day.
It is essentially a rehearsal, to fine-tune the final adjustments before the start of the first real leg tomorrow.
